I’ve written in past newsletters about the refreshment of seeing the beauty around us–a blue tablecloth with a pitcher of sunflowers displayed, or shiny apples, green and red.
But, there is so much more.
There are colors and color combinations to see and enjoy, sounds from the smallest birds to the loudest bullfrogs, and the wind in the leaves or the raindrops falling. There are designs to stir our imaginations from cloud formations to the shape of a honeycomb. The fragrance of flowers or newly cut grass or hay is lovely and there is so much more.
When you’re feeling tired or overwhelmed, take a few moments to refresh with the myriad of wonders around you.
