Mini Unit - The Thanksgiving Door (November)

An older couple go out looking for Thanksgiving dinner after burning their own. They happen upon a new restaurant with an open door and before they know it, they’re part of a large, family Thanksgiving dinner with the owners of the café. In the end, they are thankful for their burned dinner and what it brought into their lives.

Lessons in this unit include handling difficult emotions, simile, the color wheel and complementary colors, graphing numbers, and much more!
