We are blessed by your interest and so excited to share More Before Five in a Row with you this fall! Since interest has been so great, we want to give you a bit of a preview to feed your excitement while still keeping some of the surprises for the official release of More Before. Here are three of the titles that you’ll find in More Before…
All the World by Liz Stanton Garton Scanlon
Baby Bear Sees Blue by Ashley Wolff
Mighty, Mighty Construction Site by Sherri Duskey Rinker
Theses look great!
I do have one question. 2/3 are small board books, 6×6 size. Does it make a difference if I get the larger storybook size? I like the durability of board books but I do love the larger lap size books. Let me know your thoughts.
I used the board book to write lessons from for both All the World and Baby Bear Sees Blue. You can purchase either. I love both as well…board books are great so that the littles can look through them without tearing pages, but the bigger hardback books are lovely to see the illustrations full size. Maybe get both? Lol One for your child to enjoy and keep in their room and one for you to read out loud to them.
When will this be available?
It will be available Fall of 2019. Hopefully sooner rather than later. Our goal is this September but we’ll see.
Is there a specific release date for the “More Before Five in a Row” book? I am in a unique situation in that I live in West Africa. I will be in the States at Christmas time and will need to have purchased all the materials and items that are needed for my son’s education over the next three years (until the next time that we are in the States). Thank you for your time.
Sarah, we are working towards a September release date for More Before Five in a Row. At the latest, we would be looking at early October. We’re excited that you’ll be using FIAR overseas!

I am excited to be using it as well! I have heard wonderful things about the program. As a teacher myself (I teach primary middle school students so early childhood education is a little new for me) I have done tons of research and have looked at many different pre-k curriculum and Before Five in a Row is just what I was looking for. Thanks!
Hi I have a question , I haven’t bought my bfiar yet and I wanted to know should I purchase this one instead? Or should I buy Bfiar first and finish it then this one ??? Please help I will start making purchases in October due to finances
Hi Sarah,
Before Five in a Row is designed for ages 2-4 while More Before Five in a Row is for ages 3-5. You can begin with either, if you have a child in the 2-4 range I would recommend starting with Before and then moving to More Before when you finish Before. If your child/ren are on the higher age range 4-5 I would begin with More Before. We’re thrilled you’ll be using FIAR curriculum and hope you have a wonderful time bonding with your child over good books! You can also ask questions or opinions on our Five in a Row Facebook page or group to learn more and get other’s thoughts.
Thanks,
Carrie Lambert Bozeman
Is this out to purchase yet? If so where is it for sale?
Thanks
So excited, I have done five in a row throughout my homeschooling years. I have 7 children. 3 graduated and now I have a 18 month old so I can do BEFORE and then this new one!!
I’m assuming you’ve seen the announcements, but More Before is now available for purchase at fiveinarow.com on the products page.
Thanks,
Carrie
