I use Bon Ami, very similar to BarKeeper's Friend and Comet but gentle and not a chemically smelling as Comet. It works wonderfully.

Baking soda and vinegar! One or the other or together and there's nothing it cannot clean. All I use to clean along with my steam cleaner to sanitize. (Well, maybe some tea tree oil or other EO for scent.)

I'm with Courtney.. we make all our own cleaners which are basically:

4 C hot water
2 T vinegar
2 t borax
15 drops or so of essential oil if you desire.

Mix it up put in spray bottles and go for it.

For my bathtub I sprinkle in vinegar and use a scrubbie on them if need be, which tends to only happen if someone used colored soap. We usually use clear homemade shampoo or baking soda and vinegar on our hair. We use our spray cleaner on the curtain and around the tub, etc.

I throw a 1/2 c baking soda in the potties & the same amount of vinegar scrub and flush. I use the homemade cleaner on the rest of the bowl.

It works for us.
